Sam Groves is promoted to senior trader following 'six years of consistent commitment and continual strong performance'.

KPI Bridge Oil has announced the promotion of Sam Groves [pictured] to Senior Bunker and Lubricants Trader at its London office.

Groves, who is currently working toward his Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers qualification, commented in a statement: "I am thrilled by the recent offer of a promotion to senior trader. I am looking forward to continuing my development within the company and the group."

KPI Bridge Oil said it has made the decision to promote Groves following "six years of consistent commitment and continual strong performance".

James Enston, Managing Director of KPI Bridge Oil London, remarked: "In the six years that Sam has been working for KPI Bridge Oil he has developed into an excellent trader. Sam joined us as a trainee and through a combination of education, hard work and a positive attitude has become a central figure in the London office, sharing his experience with others and more recently becoming involved with the training and mentoring of junior traders. I for one am very much looking forward to working with Sam in his new role."
