Dan-Bunkering appoints Dubai MD

Kasper Fulton Stiedl will run Dan-Bunkering's Dubai office, which is expected to open in July.

Leading marine fuels company A/S Dan-Bunkering Ltd. - part of A/S United Shipping & Trading Company (USTC) group - has announced the appointment of Kasper Fulton Stiedl [pictured] as Managing Director of its new office in Dubai, which is expected to open in July 2013.

Fulton has several years' experience in the bunker industry, including many as a team leader. He has been an employee with Dan-Bunkering for 17 years and began as a trainee in Copenhagen, Denmark, back in 1996.

"We are certain that Kasper with his talent and experience is able to create a strong and successful team in Dubai. Kasper started his career within the bunker business with us several years ago, which is why it was a natural step to appoint him the Managing Director of the Dubai office. In addition, we expect further international recruitments to take place in the near future," said CEO, Henrik Zederkof.

Further details regarding the Dubai office will follow in due course, the Danish firm said.
