The average monthly price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Singapore decreased for the first time since December during the month of March, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at the world's leading bunker port declined by $18 per tonne, or 2.8 percent, to $628 per tonne last month, down from $646 per tonne in February.

It is the largest monthly decline since November, when the 380-cst average plummeted $34 per tonne, or 5.3 percent, to $603 per tonne.
