Carlos has worked in online marine fuel publishing for more than 25 years (longer than anyone else in the industry!). He played a pivotal role in the commercial expansion of Bunkerworld (acquired by S&P Global), which he joined in 1998, before founding Bunker Index in 2008.

Boglárka is an experienced bunker price researcher who joined Bunker Index in 2015. She has a degree in law from the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and speaks Hungarian, Serbian and English.

Millicent (Milli) joined Bunker Index in 2015 and is an experienced bunker price researcher who's work mainly covers marine fuel pricing in the Asia-Pacific region and the Americas.

Jhona is employed as a Data Researcher, mainly working on tasks related to forward prices and our Indicators, Statistics and Reports sections. She joined Bunker Index in 2024 and has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Sarah joined Bunker Index in 2024 and her role involves research of marine fuel data. She has a background in academia — teaching English to university students.
