Fujairah 380-cst down 5.5% in October


Average monthly 380-cst price falls $37 per tonne at the Middle East's leading bunker port.



The average price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Fujairah decreased by $37 per tonne, or 5.5 percent, during the month of October, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at the Middle East's leading bunker port declined to $638 per tonne this month, down from $675 per tonne in September, during a month that saw Fujairah's best-selling fuel grade record a $39 low-high price range, from $616 to $655 per tonne.

It is the first monthly price decrease since June, when the Fujairah 380-cst average plummeted $84 to $595 per tonne. It is also the lowest monthly average since July.
