Name change for Frisol B.V.


Dutch supplier changes company name to North Sea Group Bunkering B.V.

Leading Dutch bunker supplier Frisol B.V. has announced that it has commenced trading under the name North Sea Group Bunkering BV..

The name change follows the merger between FNR+ Holding - encompassing Frisol, North Sea Petroleum and Reinplus Vanwoerden - and Van der Sluijs Groep in January 2009, which led to the formation of North Sea Group.

As a consequence of the merger, several of the group's legal entities have also been given new trading names.

Frisol BV moved premises in April 2010 to the group head office, located in Dordrecht. Contact details have been provided below.
