Singapore 380 cSt price summary: week 35


A summary of weekly Singapore 380 centistoke (cSt) prices.



The end-of-week price of 380 centistoke (cSt) intermediate fuel oil (IFO) at the port of Singapore on Friday was virtually level with the price recorded seven days earlier, according to Bunker Index price data.

The Singapore 380 cSt bunker price was lower by just $0.50, or 0.2 percent, at $230.50 per tonne on August 28 compared with $231.00 per tonne on August 21.

During the course of the week, the 380 cSt price recorded consecutive declines of $18.50, $6.50 and $2.50 between Monday and Wednesday, which was followed by increases of $6.50 and $20.50 on Thursday and Friday - the latter increase being the result of the most significant one-day climb in the price of crude in over six years on Thursday.
