Newly formed GAC Greece Yachting Services is designed to cater for the needs of high-end leisure craft calling at the country's ports and marinas.



GAC Greece has formed a specialized department to cater for the needs of high-end leisure craft calling at the country's ports and marinas.

The newly formed GAC Greece Yachting Services focuses on the super yacht sector, offering a support package designed for craft over 100 feet (approximately 35 metres).

Lykourgos Madouvalos, GAC Greece's Yacht Services Coordinator, said: "The azure waters of the Mediterranean, and in particular Greece, are a popular destination for sailors and yachtsmen. Crew Support: weather routing & itinerary planning, port operations/berth arrangement, Customs clearance/immigration formalities, provisions, medical assistance, and airport pick-up/drop-off.

Hospitality: delivery of food & drinks, spa treatments, events planning, guest specialty chefs, personal security, Internet/telephony, golf & tennis course bookings, water sports, scuba diving / fishing, sightseeing, escorted shopping trips, VIP concierge, limousines, restaurant recommendations & bookings, luxury villas & special accommodation, and jet/helicopter charters.
