Fujairah 380-cst up $7 in September


The monthly average price of 380-cst in Fujairah increases for the second consecutive month.



The average price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Fujairah increased for the second consecutive month in September, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at the Middle East's leading bunker port rose by $7 per tonne, or 1.17 percent, to $606 per tonne in September, up from $599 per tonne in August, during a month that saw Fujairah's best-selling fuel grade record a $16.50 low-high price range of $598.50 to $615 per tonne.

The September increase is the second in seven months and the fourth since September 2012. The latest 380-cst monthly average is also the first since June to be above $600 per tonne.
