KPI Bridge Oil appoints trading manager in London


Senior trader Mark Perrins is promoted to new role.



KPI Bridge Oil has confirmed the promotion of Mark Perrins, a senior trader in the London office, to the position of trading manager.

Perrins joined KPI Bridge Oil Ltd as a bunker and lubricant trader in November 2008 and was later promoted to team leader in July 2013. Prior to joining KPI Bridge Oil, he spent seven years working at Grimaldi Group and NYK Line between 2001 and 2008.

In a statement, KPI Bridge Oil explained: "The Trading Manager position is a new role created by James Enston, Managing Director of KPI Bridge Oil London; it was specifically designed to focus on driving business development in the current challenging market conditions. Mark will also support the enhancement of products and services that KPI Bridge Oil London offer to clients and business partners."

James Enston, managing director at the London office, remarked: "Mark has proven himself as a highly proficient trader, and more recently, an effective Team Leader. I am very pleased that he has accepted this new role and I have no doubt that he will challenge himself, and the rest of the London trading team. I look forward to working more closely with Mark."

Commented on his promotion, Perrins said: "I am pleased to accept the new position of Trading Manager and I look forward to taking a leading role in developing business as well as working with existing traders in the London office to maximise KPI Bridge Oil's potential."
