Bunker Holding hires former OW legal counsel


Casper Pasgaard Dybdal has been tasked with servicing all Bunker Holding offices on legal and contractual matters.

Bunker Holding - part of United Shipping & Trading Company (USTC) group and the parent company of a group of companies that includes A/S Dan-Bunkering Ltd and Trumf Bunker A/S - says that it has hired Casper Pasgaard Dybdal [pictured] as legal counsel "to strengthen its legal team due to increased activities in the group".

The new legal counsel will be based in Aalborg, Denmark, and will form part of Bunker Holding's credit department. He has been tasked with servicing all offices within the Bunker Holding Group on legal and contractual matters.

Pasgaard, who holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law, previously held a similar position at bankrupt marine fuel company O.W. Bunker & Trading A/S between February 2012 and November 2014, where he was involved in contract management, compliance, risk management and business intelligence.
