Former OW Bunker trader joins Glander International Bunkering


Carolina Herrera was previously employed at OW Bunker Panama.



Glander International Bunkering, a company specializing in bunker and lubricant trading and brokering, has appointed former OW Bunker employee Carolina Herrera [pictured] as bunker and lubricant trader. She will be based at the company's Dubai office.

Herrera had been employed as bunker trader at O.W. Bunker Panama S.A. for three years up until parent company OW Bunker's financial collapse in November.

Before joining OW Bunker, Herrera had worked as purchasing coordinator at Panama-based Fidelity Marine Management Group between 2010 and 2011. She also worked as student assistant at the Panama Maritime Authority between 2008 and 2009.
