Glander International Bunkering hires ex-derivatives market maker


Glander says new addition 'brings new aptitude' to the firm.



Marine fuels and lubricants trading firm, Glander International Bunkering, has announced that Steven Kahn [pictured] has joined its Dubai office to work as a bunker and lubricant trader.

In an emailed statement, Glander said: "Steven brings new aptitude to Glander International Bunkering, previously working in Dubai as a derivatives broker, trading, futures, options and swaps in the energy industry. Prior to this he was a derivatives market maker in London. With 10 years of brokering crude oil the regions of Singapore, Geneva, China and the UK, Steven brings strong and extensive industry experience."

Kahn holds an honours degree in Economics and has completed both the NFA and Sll Commodity Derivatives/Financial Regulation exams.
