Business development appointment at Island Oil


New employee joins Island Oil's head office in Limassol.



Island Oil (Holdings) Ltd has appointed Anna-Maria Foteinou [pictured] as business development specialist at its head office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Ms Foteinou holds a BSc in Banking & Financial Management from the University of Piraeus, a Master Professionnel: 'Management de la Banque et de l’Assurance' (Paris 13), as well as an MSc in International Shipping & Finance from Henley Business School, ICMA Centre, University of Reading, UK.

Ms Foteinou has held various positions in banking, financial reporting and maritime credit analysis. Before joining Island Oil, Ms Foteinou had been employed as a credit analyst at Ocean Intelligence Pte Ltd between 2012 and 2014.

Prior to this, she worked in the accounting department of Ziegler Hellas S.A.; as an operations department intern at DSV Hellas S.A. and as a credit grant department intern at Eurobank EFG.
