GAC Bunker Fuels appoints trader in Norway


Former GAC Shipping Branch Manager joins bunker trading team in Bergen.

GAC Bunker Fuels has says it has further consolidated its position in the North Sea with the addition of Per Steffen Bolstad [pictured] to the company's bunker trading team in Bergen, Norway. He joins Christer Benjaminsen, also a bunker trader.

Prior to the appointment, Bolstad had been employed as Branch Manager Offshore at GAC Shipping, Bergen. He joined the firm in April 2010.

Commenting on the news, Nicholas Browne, Global Director of GAC Bunker Fuels said: "Per Steffen has eight years’ shipping experience, and was most recently Branch Manager in Bergen. He is yet another quality addition to our global bunker trading team, strengthening our commitment to operational excellence in strategic locations for our customers."

GAC Bunker Fuels has been expanding its global team over the last two years and now has a team of 25 bunker traders worldwide.
