Endofa forms new venture, Endofa-VP; Opens office in France

Managing Partner says the new business is designed to expand Endofa's presence in Europe while serving as its exclusive agent in France.

Endofa, an independent physical marine fuel supplier and bunker trader, has partnered with another emerging bunker broker, VP Bunkers, to form Endofa-VP with offices in Nice, France.

According to Kenn Soendergaard [pictured], Managing Partner at Endofa, the new entity is designed to expand Endofa’s presence in Europe while serving as its exclusive agent in France.

"Our promise to deliver positive energy to the shipping market and offshore industry is very much at the center of this new venture," Soendergaard said.

Soendergaard stated that both Endofa and VP Bunkers experienced significant momentum in their first year of operation, and have been working closely on several projects.

"Our European activity climbed consistently throughout 2013," he said. "This is a win-win for both entities and our customers/suppliers as we work to expand Endofa-VP."
