International Bunkering promotes trader


Hernan Ortiz is promoted to the role of Senior Bunker / Lubricant Trader & Team Leader.



International Bunkering, a Dubai-headquartered bunker and lubricant trading group, has announced the promotion of Hernan B. Ortiz [pictured] to the role of Senior Bunker/Lubricant Trader & Team leader as from January 1, 2013.
