CEPSA announces staff changes

Reorganization of roles at CEPSA Marine Fuels.

CEPSA Marine Fuels (CMF) has announced that it is being reorganized as part of the restructuring of the commercial division within the CEPSA Group.

As a result, CMF has appointed a new Sales Manager, Francisco Diaz Castro, who previously worked in the petrochemicals division and was responsible for innovation and business development.

Javier López-Aranguren, Bunker Sales Manager, leaves CMF after 15 years in the marine fuels business to manage brand sales in the petrol stations division.

Carlos Lazcano, Business Development & Marketing Manager, has been appointed to manage sales in the Aviation Department.

The marketing functions will be centralized in a new marketing department covering all business units for CEPSA and its subsidiaries. Laura del Moral, who has been responsible for marketing, will continue to work for CMF within this new department.

María Antonia Alonso and Soledad Alvarez will continue to carry out the business development functions within CMF.

Within CMF's sales Department, bunker traders Gema Vega and Carmen Campos have moved to the Strait Area sales team, joining Pilar Sardina and Yolanda Ortiz. They take over from Ana Gómez and Rafael Rodriguez, who will now be covering sales in the Canary Islands and other main Spanish ports together with Sonia Alonso.

"The CMF family wishes them all success in their new roles and responsibilities," CMF said in a statement.
