IBIA to hold AGM next week


Annual General Meeting to be held next week in London.



The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) will be holding its 18th Annual General Meeting on Monday 20th February 2012 at 13:00 hours.

All IBIA members are invited to attend this meeting, which will be held at the following address:

London W1J 5NS

The agenda for the meeting has been provided below.

1. Apologies for absence.

2. Approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.

3. Appoint Nunn Hayward, Accountants, as auditors of the Association until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

4. Approve the Accounts of the Association for the year 2010/2011.

5. Vote upon the appointment, or re-appointment, of Members of the Board pursuant to Article 46 of the Association’s Articles of Association.

6. Transact any other ordinary business.
