Singapore 380-cst average falls $21 in December


380-cst average declines by 3.1 percent at the world's leading bunker port.



The average price of 380-centistoke (cst) fuel oil in Singapore decreased by $21 per tonne, or 3.1 percent, during the month of December, according to Bunker Index price data.

The 380-cst average at the world's leading bunker port fell for the first time since September to $661 per tonne, down from $682 per tonne in November.

In a comparison with previous months, Singapore's December average was the third highest of 2011 after April ($669) and November ($682)
