Bunker price volatility was at its lowest level since February during the month of June, according to Bunker Index price data.

In a comparison of low-to-high differentials for the daily Bunker Index (BIX) global average, June recorded a differential of $17.55 per tonne, down from $24.78 per tonne in May.

The lowest daily worldwide bunker average last month was $405.76 per tonne, recorded on June 1st, whilst the highest price was $423.31 per tonne on June 30th.
