Petrobras expands product range

Brazilian supplier offers new products at Santos and Paranagua.

Brazilian energy firm and bunker supplier Petroleo Brasileiro (Petrobras) S.A. has announced that it will be increasing its current product range to offer the following products for a trial period:

- MF 500 at Paranagua port.

- MF 380 Premium ( metal contents under 50 ppm and Low Sulfur) at the port of Santos.

The addition of MF 500 at Paranagua in the state of Paraná will further expand Petrobras' high viscosity range of products in Brazil. The company currently supplies 420-centistoke (cst), 500-cst, 600-cst and 700-cst at Rio Grande in the southernmost State of Brazil.

The sale of MF 380 Premium at Santos will complement the company's existing range of products at the port. Petrobras already supplies low sulphur 380-cst and low sulphur 180-cst there as well as standard 380-cst, 180-cst and marine gas oil (MGO).

Low sulphur 380-cst and 180-cst is also sold at Fortaleza, Angra Reis, Salvador, Madre de Deus and Paranagua. Petrobras also offers low sulphur MGO (0.1%) at Suape ex-pipe and at Recipe by truck and ex-pipe.
