Updated list of accredited suppliers in Singapore


Current list of bunker suppliers amounts to 68 companies as last year's 62nd largest supplier is removed and Raffles Bunkering is added.

Raffles Bunkering Pte Ltd. has been added to the list of accredited bunker suppliers by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).

In the MPA's latest list of licensed marine fuel suppliers at the world's leading bunker port, updated on November 29, Raffles Bunkering Pte Ltd. now appears in the list of 68 companies following the recent removal of Soon Tian Oon Pte Ltd. - a company that was 62nd in the list of suppliers by volume in 2012 and 67th in 2011.

Raffles Bunkering forms part of the Raffles Shipping Group of Companies. Established in 1991, the group's main business areas have been ship management and investment. In 2003, Raffles Shipping & investment was awarded Approved International Shipping Enterprise (AIS) Status by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore - an agency operating under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

"Today, we are one of the few privileged companies in Singapore to sit on the approval panel of shipbrokers for most major oil companies, namely BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, Mitsui, Petronas, ChevronTexaco & others," the group said on its website.
