Stocks of fuel oil at major oil terminals in China's coastal areas fell by 115,000 tonnes, or 4.21 percent, to 2.61 million tonnes, on Wednesday, November 27 compared to the previous week, ICIS reports.

Fuel oil inventories in Shandong province decreased by 95,000 tonnes to 445,000 tonnes during the 7-day period. According to the research, only 150,000 tonnes of fuel oil was delivered to Longkou over the last week.

In East China, commercial inventories were down by 10,000 tonnes to 537,000 tonnes. Sinopec was reported to have received a 30,000-tonne parcel of bonded bunker fuel oil at Zhoushan port.

In South China, inventories of fuel oil declined by 9,000 tonnes to 1.640-1.644 million tonnes compared to a week ago. Approximately 4,000 tonnes of fuel oil arrived in Zhuhai port over the 7-day period, ICIS said.
