Bomin Singapore MD resigns


Raymond Kong resigns as Managing Director of Bomin Singapore and Director of Bomin's Hong Kong office.

Bunker suppier and trader Bomin Group has announced that Raymond Kong has tendered his resignation as Managing Director of the group's Singapore office and Director of its office in Hong Kong.

Kong joined Bomin Singapore as Managing Director in 2007. In June 2010, he assumed the responsibilities for Bomin's Hong Kong office as Director, in addition to his post as Managing Director of Bomin Singapore.

Commenting on his achievements during his time at the group, Bomin said: "During his tenure Mr. Raymond Kong has contributed to the positive development of the Bomin Group.

"His vast experience in combination with his structured approach to handle tasks enabled him to cover a variety of projects having a great significance for the future of the Bomin Group."

Bomin said that the date of his departure would depend on the succession plan, which the company said would be published 'as soon as possible'.
