OW Bunker appoints trading manager


Ex-Aegean trader John Tsogas is appointed UK Worldwide Team Manager.



OW Bunker, one of the world's largest suppliers and traders of marine fuels and lubricants, has today announced the appointment of a new trading manager for its UK operation. John Tsogas [pictured] joins OW Bunkers UK as the company aims to drive further growth within the region.

Commenting on the appointment, Robert Preston, Managing Director, OW Bunkers UK, said: "John brings a tremendous wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts, from many years of working within the bunkering industry. I am confident that he will add real value to our customers' businesses, as well as helping the team to drive our ambitious growth objectives for 2013 and beyond."

Prior to joining OW Bunker, Tsogas worked for physical bunker supplier Aegean Marine Petroleum, working in a number of departments, including marketing and publicity, as well as cargo and bunker trading divisions.
