Wired Bunkering Pte. Ltd. logo. Evening Price Update

Cargoes plunged straight down this afternoon along with more sheds on its swaps. Fuel oil cargo fell by USD12.00/MT while gasoil cargo concluded bearish and dipped by USD2.00/BBL.

All delivered prices were quoted cheaper. However, there were still a handful of requirements looking for prompt lifting. Meantime, our bunker indications are revised downward for all grades amid above average demand.

Morning Commentary

Crude futures for October contracts fell much weaker last night. Both WTI Crude price and ICE Brent plunged straight down by USD1.85/BBL and USD1.65/BBL respectively.

This has dragged down paper values this morning. Fuel oil paper opened bearish by USD10.00/MT while gasoil paper was pegged much softer by USD1.80/BBL. It seems the physical cargoes will tag along and are expected to make cheaper offers later this afternoon. Meantime, our bunker indications are revised downward for all grades.
