Flex Commodities seeks accounts and admin executive for Singapore office

Flex Commodities FZCO has announced that it is recruiting an accounts and admin executive for its Singapore office.

The role involves processing and managing invoices, assisting with payroll coordination alongside a third-party accounting team, GST/VAT preparation and compliance, and general administrative support.

The Dubai-based marine fuel trader is seeking candidates with up to five years of relevant experience in accounts and administration. Applicants must be Singapore permanent residents and possess a solid understanding of local payroll and GST requirements.

According to the job posting, the company is looking for candidates who are organised, reliable, and proactive, and who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
