Liquid Wind AB, the parent of Liquid Wind Group, was declared bankrupt on 11 May.
Lawyer Lars Melin of Styrks has been appointed as trustee to oversee the process.
Employees affected by the insolvency have met Melin and colleagues at the law firm handling the case.
The business is now being marketed for sale, together with subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Liquid Wind develops e-fuel facilities that combine captured CO₂ with renewable hydrogen to produce e-methanol for sectors including shipping, chemicals and other hard-to-abate industries.
