Navios Maritime Partners L.P. has taken delivery of the Nave Amaryllis, a 116,934-dwt Aframax/LR2 product tanker built in 2026.

The tanker is LNG- and methanol-ready and is also equipped for alternative maritime power, allowing it to connect to shore-based electricity while at berth to cut emissions from auxiliary engines.

Nave Amaryllis is fitted with Framo pumps and has been designed with technology aimed at optimising energy efficiency and safety, the company stated.

The delivery was announced on 23 April via the company’s LinkedIn account.

Recently, Navios also moved forward with the same tanker programme when the fourth 115,000-tonne LR2/Aframax ship, CHB3014, entered the floating dock at Changhong International in China. That ship has also been designed for future conversion to methanol or LNG and includes provision for medium-voltage shore power.
