Chimbusco has launched six smart bunker products aimed at improving bunkering services, supporting AI-driven operations and advancing the shift towards lower-carbon marine fuels.
The new lineup includes a customer digital service platform designed to give users real-time visibility over service activity and improve operational transparency through what the company described as full-process visual supervision.
Also introduced was the 'BunkerConnect' system, which Chimbusco said uses digital monitoring to address challenges related to on-site safety control and quality supervision, with the aim of supporting more standardised and efficient service delivery.
Another of the new products is Hi-Chimbusco, a bunker-specific large AI model trained on Chinese and English language data. According to the company, the model is intended to strengthen operational capability through advanced AI support.
The remaining three products are focused on green fuel uptake and are intended to help address information gaps linked to the adoption of lower-carbon fuels. These are a green fuel information service platform, a marine methanol carbon intensity accounting tool, and a marine methanol alternative calculator.
Chimbusco said the six products are centred on service upgrades, digital innovation and the industry’s green transformation.
