Flex Commodities FZCO is recruiting a compliance analyst and onboarding specialist to join its marine fuels trading team in Dubai.
The company said the role will involve working closely with its trading desk on vessel screening, counterparty onboarding and compliance checks across transactions.
According to the announcement, candidates should have two to five years of experience in know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) or compliance roles. A background in commodities, shipping or marine fuels is preferred.
Flex Commodities said the position requires a strong understanding of sanctions screening and counterparty due diligence, together with the ability to maintain compliance standards without slowing trading activity.
The company also stressed that the role is not a traditional back-office compliance post, but one embedded more directly in the pace of live trading operations.
Headquartered in the UAE, Flex Commodities is a marine fuels trading and cargo logistics company with staff also based in Greece and Singapore.
Applicants have been invited to send their profiles to the company’s human resources team at hr@flexcommodities.com.
