The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) is recruiting for a marketing and events coordinator to support its global operations, with applications closing on 6 March.

IBIA said the role will report to both the Global Head of Events and the Marketing & Business Development Lead, and will support global marketing campaigns, end-to-end event delivery, online training administration and customer relationship management (CRM) system management.

According to the job description, responsibilities include coordinating suppliers and sponsors, managing digital communications and social media, supporting on-site event production, and delivering post-event reporting and analysis.

IBIA said it is looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience in either marketing or events, combined with strong organisational ability and confidence in handling data and multiple workstreams at the same time.

Although the position is primarily remote, the coordinator will occasionally be expected to attend meetings or events in person.
