Bunker Holding has opened applications for a student assistant position within its IT Governance and Contract team, based at the company’s headquarters in Middelfart, Denmark.

The part-time role, requiring approximately 15 to 20 hours per week with physical attendance two days weekly, will support governance processes, contract transparency and vendor follow-up across the company’s IT organisation.

Key responsibilities include extracting and structuring data from IT contracts, supporting the development and maintenance of IT governance documentation, coordinating content and communication, assisting with reporting and vendor management, and providing structured overviews for contract renewals.

The company is seeking students enrolled in relevant bachelor’s or master’s programmes such as IT Communication and Design, Commercial Law, International Business Communication, Information Management, Digitalisation or similar disciplines.

Candidates are expected to be proficient users of Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint, and to communicate effectively in both Danish and English. The role also requires attention to detail, an ability to work systematically and an interest in governance, processes and contract support.
