Riviera Marine SAM has incorporated The Bunker Firm Group, bringing the two bunker trading businesses together under a single legal and operating structure.
The Monaco-based company said the integration has taken effect immediately, with teams, management and trading activities now operating under the Riviera Marine SAM name.
Following the consolidation, the combined business operates from its headquarters in Monte Carlo, with offices in Copenhagen, Fredericia, Athens and Dubai. Riviera Marine said the move creates a unified trading platform across these locations.
The company also reported that the integration is supported by a consolidated group of banking partners, which it said is intended to strengthen financial resilience, risk management and supply capability across the business.
Marco Carbone continues in his role as chief executive officer of Riviera Marine SAM. The incorporation was communicated to customers and suppliers by Mario Pellegrini, founder and president.
