Glander International Bunkering is seeking to recruit two bunker traders for its Singapore office, according to a LinkedIn job posting.

The roles are open to candidates with between three and five years of experience in the bunker industry, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language listed as requirements.

According to the company, the positions will involve direct engagement with customers and suppliers, including price negotiations, deal execution and participation in client visits, alongside identifying new commercial opportunities and supporting existing trading activity.

Successful applicants will be introduced to trading tools, platforms and networks, to build market knowledge and develop their own sourcing channels and customer relationships.

The company described the ideal candidates as commercially minded professionals who can work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing responsibilities independently when required.

Glander International Bunkering noted that it is reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and is not operating to a fixed hiring timeline.

Established in 1961, Glander International Bunkering operates a global network of offices across the USA, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, providing fuel and lubricant trading and brokering services.

The company also stated that it encourages applications from all qualified candidates in line with its inclusion and diversity commitments.
