Service Terminal Rotterdam - Tank storage facility Crude:

Stocks are closing lower, led by declines in utilities and materials stocks. The price of oil took another sharp turn lower and the dollar moved higher against the euro, threatening to inch the profits of big US exporters.

Bunker Market:

Congestions at installations improving. HS tight as many cargoes leaving Rotterdam for Far East. Due to this combination of factors some suppliers tight and only quoting as from 19/20th March.

Dutch Time: 11.25 hours

Fuel oil RMG 380 HS 3.5% - USD 283-287

Marine Gas Oil DMA .89/ LS 0.1% - USD 507-511.
