Wired Bunkering Pte. Ltd. logo. Evening Price Update

Fuel oil cargo gained by about USD1.50/MT while gasoil cargo rose by USD0.40/BBL. Delivered prices were quoted higher, back by firming up of crude sentiment. Barging seemed to be looking tight, with earliest being on/about 26th-27th Jan onwards.

There was reported to be some distillate tightness at the terminals. Meantime, our bunker indications are revised upward slightly for all grades, amid above average demand.

Morning Commentary

NYMEX Crude price for March took a dive last night after its closure on Monday, while ICE Brent fell by USD0.85/BBL upon closing. This has stimulated papers to open weak this morning. Both fuel oil and gasoil papers were talked softer by about USD1.00/MT nd USD0.20/BBL respectively.

We shall see how cargo trading will react later today as crude sentiment was showing some gains earlier. Meantime, our bunker indications remain unchanged for all grades.
